I really need help with my ipod !? Okay, so I was on FB from my iPod 4th generation (Just so you know what kind it is) and then it froze. So I went to the home menu of my ipod and I turned my iPod off. I tried turning it back on but it was stuck at the apple logo longer than usual so I held down the lock button and the home button at the same time because its done that before and it usually works. Then like when it went to turn back on it shows the USB cable pointing to the iTunes logo, so I plugged it in to my computer and opened up iTunes. It said my iPod is ” in recovery mode ” and that I needed to click restore. So I clicked restore and it says “Software for this iPhone is unavailable. Make sure you have the latest version of iTunes and try again. ” so I went to iTunes and downloaded it but im not sure if I did it right because it keeps saying the same thing. Can someone please tell me the EXACT steps of how to download the latest version of iTunes because I cant figure it out I guess , and I just got this iPod for my birthday 2 months ago and I hope its not broken because I take very good care of it… Thank you : )
