How do I delete a bookmark/page icon form my iPhone 4 Home Screen? I was looking for a picture to use it as a background. I found the picture I wanted, and added it to my Home Screen a while ago thinking it was how you downloaded the picture. And now it’s just sitting the. I don’t know how to delete it. I tried deleting it in the iTunes app tab on my computer (The tab that lets you organize apps on the phone). I can see a red X when choosing the Facebook app and other apps, but when i choose the page, the X wont appear. I tried cleaning my cache, cookies, and History. Did not work. When I go to the page to see if the ‘Add to Home Screen’ option had switched to ‘Remove from Home Screen’ but it still the same. I tried Google. So far I saw someone with the same problem. I was gonna try what the person did, but I needed to download a software, and I don’t think you would need a software to delete some page on the phone.
I found something about being able to delete by going to var/mobile/library/webclips

http://ienthu.com/2011/03/iphone-home-screen-bookmarks-wont-delete-this-is-how-to-fix-the-issue/

but I don’t know how to find that. I tried to look in the My Computer folder (for my phone) I can only find it as a camera. Tried looking in there and nothing. (I have Hidden Folders/Files visible.)

So how can I delete it? Without downloading anything or jailbreaking it.

I know the fix is provably going to be simple (or at least I hope so) and I’m just missing it or not looking for the right thing.
