One way to get pics from a Blackberry to an iPhone4 would be to hook your Blackberry up to your computer, transfer pics, then plug your iPhone4 into the same computer and transfer pics from PC to phone. !

You don’t have to convert it. What I do is I first is drag the music to the desktop. next you drag the music to itunes . Then you put the music on a playlist or put it into the music file. Lastly you connect your iPhone and sync.
