How do i change my iPhone’s home screen background for 3G 4.2.1? My iPhone is currently running on 4.2.1. and it’s a 3G… 16gb. It is jail broken and i have tried using SMS/DESKTOP BACKGROUND tweak from cydia and that doesn’t work at all no matter how much i try. All the videos i see make no sense because they don’t specify on what are the requirements. I have seen all the videos and they either say use SMS/DESKTOP BACKGROUND tweak from cydia or just go to the picture you want and set as background but FOR SOME REASON I DON’T HAVE THAT OPTION. I tried SMS/ blah blah blah… and it does NOT work! i’m so annoyed because everyone is getting their homescreen backgrounds changed to what they want it as and i can’t. I want to change it to what ever i want in my photos folder. I dont want to have to download themes that have a certain background of it’s own.. it’s just pointless. Please Someone help me because i beginning to think that you can’t do this on 4.2.1. Let me know what to do. Thank you.
No.. I am not talking about the wallpaper. Wallpaper is the lock screen image. I am talking about setting up an image behind the app icons.
