iphone “resert network settings” what happens then? what would happen if i “reset network settings” on my iphone,it tells me that it will “return them to factory defaults” i have been trying for weeks to get this phone unlocked it is a 3gs 4.1 version, modem firmware 05.14.02 i really am no good at understanding any of this, but have somehow managed to find out that when i went onto itunes when first getting the phone, that i have somehow “updated” to this version and thats how i cant get it unlocked at the moment (even though my daughters phone is the exact same model and she got hers unlocked)somehow i have managed to get this version on my phone and now cant get it unlocked (when i plugged it intio the pc onto itunes,i didnt have a clue what i was doing,or what to click on)so i was wondering if i reset it to return to factory defaults, will this then go back to the version what was on before i updated it
i wil let you know if i get anything in the next week or so with this, thanks for your reply
