It’s safe to say that there’s a bug…somewhere. Backup, restore, and try again.

How do I unlock my iPhone? My iPhone is jailbroken (I have T-Mobile service, not Verizon or AT&T)
It’s the iPhone 3G (NOT 3GS)
My password involves a number that my screen won’t let me click
example: if my passcode was 3571, it won’t let me click the 7 or something
so i can’t get in my phone at all
I tried restoring it on iTunes, but i have a setting on it that requires a passcode to be put in before you can do anything with it on iTunes.
A message pops up when it’s plugged in that says:
“iTunes could not connect to the iPhone, because it is locked with a passcode”
but i can’t type in my password so what do i do?
I’m going to an apple store soon to get it fixed but if it works, they’ll make it so the jailbreak setting will come off. Then i can’t use it because i have T-Mobile. If they take the jailbreak off, i have to get it back on and waste $15.
Is there a way i can fix my phone by myself, KEEP the jailbreak so i can use it, and save myself $15 so i don’t waste time/money?
Thanks.
